APARTMENTS " VILLA IVA-ALLA" We invite You to stay in private apartments "Villa IVA-ALLA" in our nice villa on the island of Ciovo, near the city of Trogir.

The apartments "Villa IVA-ALLA" are located in tranquil location on the shore of the Adriatic Sea, making it the perfect choice for those who are looking for peace and quiet. The house is surrounded by the small garden with flowers and trees. Sound sleep is guaranteed!

The apartments are located in the first line ,to the sea just 5 steps and the windows are looking out to the sea.

Already with the first rays of sunlight You can swim and get the energy for the rest of the day.

And in the evening, sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine from Dalmatia, You can relax and enjoy sea view.

Front of the house there is a mini beach, and 60 meters from the house begins a long shingle beach (with small-sized pebbles). The beach is clean and suitable for kids and adults. Mini markets and cafe are just a 15-minute walk away.

Our apartments prepared with love will make Your holiday more comfortable.

The" Villa IVA-ALLA" offers 4 apartments on the ground floor and on the 1st floor: "Spring", "Vanilla", "Coffee", "Sea wave". There is a parking in the territory of the villa for 3 cars and a parking in front of it for 1-2 car(s).

The villa also has a barbecue area, so You can eat Your evening meals under the stars.

The apartment "Vanilla" is equipped with central heating, and during of the period from November to March You will feel warm and protected.

80 sq.m, large bedroom + small bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom with bath, terrace of 20 sqm. with sea views. Can place up to 4 people 2 + (2).

Все апартаменты обновлены, оборудованы или содержат :холодильник, ел .плиту, свч.печь, ел. чайник, расширеный набор посуды и кухонных принадлежностей, тв, фен,кондиционер, бесплатный доступ к интернету (Wi-Fi). Постельное белье и набор полотенец, смена 1 раз в 7 дней.

Дополнительно:

Использование печи-гриль, приготовление шашлыка, барбекю (специальная печь), дерево - бесплатно
Помощь в организации экскурсий : СПЛИТ-СОЛИН, Нац. Парк природы КРКА и посещение г. Шибеника , Нац. парк природы Плитвицы, Дубровник; других трансферов и экскурсий по пожеланиям.
Помощь при аренде автомобиля.
Трансфер: Аэропорт СПЛИТ - апп-ты "Villa Iva-Alla" - (или обратно) по договору, цена 35 евро.
Гости обязаны содержать аппартаменты в читоте и порядке и сдать их при выселении в первоначальном виде.
Моторная лодка и многое другое для приятного отдыха.

В каждый аппартман имеется отдельный вход, независящий от хозяйки.
Стоимость по указанным номерам (типам) аппартаментов, за аппартаменты в целом:

! Основное условие бронирования аппартаментов — предоплата в размере 30% от общей стоимости аренды аппартаментов или заказанных услуг !

! Предоплата не возвращается в случае не приезда и служит гарантией, как с Вашей, так и с нашей стороны !

Как правило, заселение по воскресеньям. Это всем удобно. И отъезжающим, и приезжающим. Однако возможно и в другие дни. Все зависит от желания клиентов и занятности аппартмана. Обговорить можно любые условия!
